Double Take Projections delivers high-impact projection and visual displays for live events. As demand grew, quoting and client communication were still handled largely by hand — a way of working that made fast, consistent responses hard to sustain and left the sales pipeline difficult to see and manage.
The solution
The solution was built with Caspio — and Caspio itself prompted how far it could go. What began as a simple quoting tool quickly evolved into a full CRM spanning the entire sales funnel: portfolio sharing, FAQs, pricing, terms, and structured, repeatable responses.
Because it runs on Caspio’s low-code platform, each new requirement could be added quickly without rebuilding from scratch. That flexibility turned a one-off quoting tool into a living system the team could keep shaping around the way they actually sell.
