After Premise Ltd delivers governed, low-code workflows with document control. We combine platforms like Smartsheet and Caspio with APDocs to automate document capture, storage, indexing, and audit-ready access.
2 What is APDocs?
APDocs is our document workflow layer. It supports consistent document naming, metadata capture, controlled storage, and retrieval—so documents stay linked to your operational data and are easy to find later.
3 What platforms do you work with?
We specialise in Smartsheet and Caspio, and we integrate those workflows with document storage (AWS S3 or Wasabi) via APDocs. If you already use Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, we can design around that too.
4 Where are my documents stored?
Documents are stored in cloud object storage—typically AWS S3 or Wasabi. We design folder structures, naming rules, and access controls so your storage stays tidy, secure, and scalable.
5 How does pricing work for APDocs?
Pricing is based on your storage tier and monthly document processing volume. Our pricing page shows “Starting from” monthly plans, and you can switch currencies (GBP, USD, EUR). Final pricing may vary based on requirements and integrations.
6 Do you offer implementation and ongoing support?
Yes. We offer delivery services including discovery, workflow mapping, build/configuration, document governance, integrations, and optimisation. We also offer premium support for systems we build.
7 How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope. A prototype can often be delivered quickly, while larger builds (multiple workflows, integrations, and governance requirements) take longer. We’ll confirm timelines after a short discovery and requirements definition.
8 Can you integrate APDocs with my existing workflow?
Usually, yes. APDocs is designed to sit alongside operational systems, so documents are captured once and then attached to the relevant record (project, asset, staff member, certificate, etc.). We’ll recommend the best integration approach during discovery.
